How to: Adjusting the time using KDE

Overview
This document describes how to change the time in KDE.
What you will need:
- the correct date and time
Steps involved in changing the time
- Place the mouse cursor over the clock on the bottom right hand side, and then click the right mouse button
- Select 'Adjust Date & Time' by left clicking with the mouse
- When prompted for your root passsword, enter it and click OK
- Adjust the time by clicking up or down beside the hour and minute. You can adjust the date by simply clicking on the correct date
- Click apply and then press OK
- The screen may flicker for a minute while the time updates.
