How to: Resetting your Computerbank user account

If you can't login to the computer using the correct password for your user name, the user account may have become corrupted. This occurs when the computer is suddenly turned off.

If this occurs log in to the desktop as the root user. When logged in, click on the K main menu -> System Administration -> Reset User Account.

Warning! When you reset the settings, any additional desktop shortcuts or customisations will be lost. The computer will reload the original Computerbank settings.
