Occupational Health and Safety Hazard Inspection InformationComputerbank Victoria - Occupational Health and Safety Inspection Information Author: Kylie Davies This document is designed to encourage people to have more concern for Occupational Health and Safety, it should be used as a tool to assess any occupational health and safety neglect. Things to consider:
The relevant functional areas at Computerbank include: Hardware area, Software Install area, Electrical Component Testing area, Training room, Main office, Reception area, Power users area, Kitchen area, Toilets and Store room areas. During an OH&S hazard inspection - all these areas should be examined with respect to the issues (listed above) that should be considered. Each time a hazard inspection is performed - the process is to be documented and outcomes are to be noted. When doing an inspection - it is good to look at things as functional areas. Reports should be for each functional area. Reports should be dated and signed by the people who performed them. Any issues that arise during a hazard inspection should be attended to as soon as practicable and an action plan should be noted. All OH&S inspection reports should be reviewed by the State Coordinator and/or the OH&S Coordinator of the Computerbank Victoria. |
