Websites and Documentation ReportThis report covers Computerbank's two websites and our documentation.Computerbank's Main WebsitePlone version 2.5.5.No new problems reported Barry has set up a test Plone 3 box to see how easily our content can be upgraded to the latest Plone release. Here's a list of Plone 3's features Computerbank's Documentation siteSilva version 1.4.1bThis website has been ticking along without a major problem since it was upgraded way back in 2004. To stop damage to our content only three users have editing access. All other users privileges have been removed. We have done tests to upgrade this site to the latest version of Silva 2.0.8 which has their Firefox problem solved. However we would need to renegotiate our hosting for this to happen. The content needs reorganising to make items easier to find. Computerbank's DocumentationKylie, Tony and Peter have made a variety of flyers and posters to promote our services. They are available at the front desk. o there is no wiki product for Plone 3 as yet. The wiki on our Plone 2 site also contains our issue tracker. We could move our issue tracker to some other online software such as google.code or launchpad. o we haven't tested how easy it may be to move content from Silva to Plone. It may be a major cut and paste job. We should be able to report on this shortly.
