Special General Meeting March 2007

Kylie Davies, Con Validas, Jan Smith, John Simpson and Tony Calenti. Rob Brittain arrived late. Apologies Julien Goodwin.

Meeting Opened at 6:25PM by chair, Kylie Davies.

1. Motion is to change the Constitution with regards to section 25
TREASURER AND FINANCIAL MATTERS

25.4 All cheques, drafts, promissory notes and other negotiable
instruments shall require any two of the three current signatories to
sign.

Motion to change 25.4 to:

All cheques, drafts, promissory notes and other negotiable instruments
shall require any one of the three current signatories to sign.

Proposed by Kylie Davies and seconded by Con Validas carried without dissent.

2. Motion to authorise John Simpson as a signatory on the account and to remove Norm Atkins from the account list.

Proposed by Kylie Davies and seconded by Jan Smith carried without dissent.
