User Support Report

We have had a fair bit of user support in the last month, much of the work being done by myself, Kylie and Barry.
This has included the setup of Printers and Hello Internet on Fridays and Saturdays.

Some of our User Support Issues have included
1/ Darabin Aged Care. The Agg Street Server had issues, we changed PSU and some other stuff, Kylie installed a HP Multifunction on it.

2/ Jodie; new computer with latest distro, internet issues, printer issues

3/ Flora; Printer and OpenOffice Content Issues

4/ Behailu: Broken PS/2 port on two computers, issues with scratched VCD's and DVD's, Issues with Copying Discs getting confused when it was asking for disc to burn to.

5/ Blown PSU's on 2 computers, 1st was a person who lied to us about putting windows on machine, 2nd was simple dead psu caused by user tampering

6/ Motherboard issues with P4 Upgrade that only surfaced when machine heated up, causing hard drive freezing, had to replace machine and recycle old motherboard.

7/ Pauline Saati: User complained both the free computer and the p4 computer she received didn't worked, Kylie tested when they came backĀ  and both worked perfectly

8/ Users not putting mouse and keyboards in correctly
