  1. Always put safety first. Be safety conscious and don't act in ways that endanger yourself or others.
  2. Follow all Occupational Health and Safety guidelines and other Computerbank policies.
  3. As volunteers you are part of a team. Respect each other, not all people have identical skills and knowledge.
  4. Treat all people equally. No disruptive behaviour such as abusive language, acts of violence, harassment or unnecessarily distracting other volunteers from carrying out their jobs. This include clients who should be treated calmly and with respect.
  5. Share the load.

    a. If you have nothing to do offer to help someone that has lots to do.

    b. Carrying equipment from one place to another is a constant task at CVI. If someone asks you to help them with carrying equipment and you are able to do so please oblige.

    c. If you have any issues with carrying and lifting inform the OHS officer to be formally exempted.

  6. Clean up after yourself.
  7. No illegal substances to be consumed on Computerbank's premises.
  8. No illegal activities to be conducted at Computerbank.
  9. Respect our neighbours, don't park in their car park unless you have the authorisation to do so.
